Dock Compliance

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 24, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our B2B services.

Welcome to Dock Marketing & IT Solutions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our multi-page website, B2B digital marketing agency services, custom SaaS auto-bot configurations, and enterprise hardware system procurement. By engaging our services or contracting with us, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Scope of B2B Services

Dock operates under three primary business divisions, and separate SLAs (Service Level Agreements) may apply based on your specific contract order:

2. Client Commitments & Ad Spend

For marketing engagements, clients agree to supply all necessary brand assets, credentials, and business registrations in a timely manner. Advertising budgets (ad spend) are paid directly by the client to the respective ad networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads) unless otherwise specified in writing. Dock is not liable for fluctuations in performance due to algorithm updates or network suspensions.

3. Software Licensing & Auto-Bot Use

Our WhatsApp SaaS tools are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to use the platform in compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and local spam regulations. You shall not send unsolicited promotional messages or engage in deceptive messaging. Dock reserves the right to suspend API access in the event of terms violations.

4. Hardware Procurement & OEM Warranties

All workstations, network switches, and server nodes are sourced from authorized Indian OEM distributors. Dock supplies original devices carrying manufacturer warranties. Replacement, repairs, and technical support cases are processed directly via the respective OEM service networks (Dell Support, HP Service Center, Lenovo Support, Acer India Care). Dock is not responsible for hardware defects but will assist with vendor coordination.

5. Fees, Billing, & Indian GST

Prices and invoicing schedules are specified in individual purchase orders or service contracts. Payments are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) under Indian regulations. Invoices are due upon receipt or within the timeline outlined in the contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of marketing campaigns or software services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dock Marketing & IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenues, or network downtime, arising from SaaS service disruptions or hardware configurations.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali (Punjab) or Pune (Maharashtra).
